The rooms we offer are comfortable and decorated with local art-welcome to have a good night’s sleep in after a local dinner.
Our menu changes daily and consists of fresh, local ingredients. This way we can guarantee tasty, quality food. We aim towards zero waste and a light carbon footprint.

EVA INVITES YOU TO Coffee with a big bang
Detonation takes place in the mine of Pargas on weekdays at 14.00. Come and experience the blasting with a dessert of the day and a good cup of coffee or a delicious herbal tea from Tallbacka Garden. Served Tue-Fri from 12-16.00.
You may know Eva from before. She had a restaurant, marina and accommodation in Pensar, Nauvo, and Guesthouse Mullfjället i Åre until April 2018.
In June 2019 Matmalmen @EVA restaurant and B&B was opened in Pargas city center, the capital of the archipelago.
